Being born and raised in Brazil I have little knowledge about China. There, we only get some news about what I considered were the main cities, like Beijing and Hong Kong. Regarding the food, I have also little knowledge, since I only went to a couple of Chinese restaurants at my hometown Sao Paulo. After reading this article I did not only get to know a little bit about a new city in China, but also discovered the hot pot, which I have never tasted. Thank you for expanding my knowledge on your country and your cuisine! I am already looking forward to the next posts. And as Tsaky Tsaky Gasy Gasy ,I also would like to visit Chengdu and I am definitely going to try hot pot. I wonder if you can recommend me a good restaurant here in Montréal. 🙂
